It comes with 3 insulated trays with a 1.5 litre capacity each, allowing you to keep multiple dishes warm for up to 4 hours at a time. The adjustable temperature setting can be controlled manually to maintain a suitable temperature for a variety of ingredients including curry, soup and vegetables. Simply detach the top tray section and the buffet server can be converted to a warming plate, keeping your meal warm until ready to serve. Each stainless steel tray can be safely placed into the dishwasher to make shorter work of the washing up.
