TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR BILCO DIRECT

MEMBERSHIP AND WHEN THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY?

These terms and conditions apply when you register to be a Bilco Direct Membership and create your contract on our website at www.bilcodirect.co.uk/members

Each time you register to be a Bilco Direct Member for a particular Christmas period you enter into a new agreement with us which will be subject to these terms and conditions.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Eligibility and Your Details 

You have created a membership contract if you have registered your payment details online on our website at www.bilcodirect.co.uk/members

 

This subscription will allow you to be entered into a monthly draw for the 12 months from December to November of the subscription year. You will also receive one of our members’ hampers.

You cannot become a member with us unless you are aged 18 or over. By creating your contract, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old.

We may ask you to provide proof of identification of your name, address and date of birth and you agree to provide this information if requested.

You must update us if there are any changes to your name, address, email address or telephone number. You can do this by logging into your online account with us and amending your details or by contacting us using one of the methods shown in the ‘How To Contact Us’ section above.

Managing Your Subscription. 

All items in the member hamper are subject to availability, if an item is not available Bilco Direct has the right to exchange that item for another item to the same value or more.

If we are able to accept and process your subscription we will provide you with details on how you can manage your order online on our website at www.bilcodirect.co.uk/members.

Cancelling Your Subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any point, there are different terms depending on when the contract is cancelled. You must cancel your subscription by logging in to the “My Account” section on the website and cancelling the subscription from there.

  • You have a 14-day cooling off period from the date of signing your contract.
  • Before 8 weeks or 2 months from the date of your first payment, will you not receive a refund
  • After 8 weeks or 2 months from the date of your first payment there will be a £25 admin fee plus any other money will be returned in way of a voucher to spend on our normal website at any time.

Payments

  • All payments are taken via a debit or credit card on the day or date that you chose when signing your contract.
  • If a payment is missed, the missed payment will be added to your next payment.
  • If your payments fail for 4 weekly or 2 monthly payments your subscription will be cancelled as per our cancellation policy.
  • If you must cancel your card for any reason, it is your responsibility to update your card details via the “My Account” section on the website at www.bilcodirect.co.uk/members.
  • Cancelling your card does not automatically cancel your subscription, to cancel your subscription please follow our cancellation process above.
  • If your payments are behind when the prize draw is made your name will not be entered until your payments are up to date.

Auto Renewal 

You can either turn off or turn on the Auto Re-New at any point during your contract. If you opt to have the auto re-new option on at the end of the contract your subscription for the next year will automatically re-new, these terms and conditions will also re-new with it.

DELIVERY

When Will We Deliver the Products?

Delivery will take place between the middle of November and the middle of December in each year. We will contact you to give you your delivery window and then nearer the time with your delivery slot. Your contract must have been paid for in full before the products are delivered.

RETURNS POLICY

If you want to return your membership hamper to us you must call our Customer Care team within 14 days of you receiving the product so that we can authorise the return of the product. Any frozen items are excluded from the returns policy.

If we authorise the return of the product, you must send the products back in its entirety and in good condition, it must also be in its original packaging and within 14 days from the date that we tell you that you can return the product to:

OUR LIABILTY TO YOU

Our liability to you for each product is limited to the total price to be paid for that product. However our liability is not limited for any death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We are responsible for any products which are lost or which have been used by any person other than you before you receive the products.

We are not responsible for any products which are lost or which have been used by any person other than you after you receive the products
